Hello Everybody,

Need a few prayers please. Just came home today from the hospital from an emergency, they had to remove my appendix. Glad I only have one of those things, I do not want a repeat of this experience smile.gif

If anybody could say a quick prayer that my professors will accomodate some extensions or something on my finals that are supposed to happen this week I would sure appreciate it. Be back to reading the posts as soon as sitting up isn't quite so painful smile.gif

Oh Jennifer ouch! Keep that huge sweet mutt off your tummy! If you have to cough put a pillow against your stomach.

I am sure your proffs will make sure you can do your finals. Believe me I had to miss stuff once in awhile in my 5 years at OSU.

Being a widow with two almost adult teens....u can imagine.Plus working full time.

You take care of yourself! lotsa prayers and thoughts always! debilyn

You very richly deserve all the gifts you can get except you appendix back in a box
with a ribbon.  I still have mine but I'll transplant it anywhere.  LOL  May your
professors understand that Jenn does so much better when loved as we have come

Hope you are on the mend soon.  Take in some proof of your hospitalization (because people do fib a lot!) and I'm sure your professors will excuse you -- they know that these things do happen.  I'm saying that as a professor myself.  Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks everyone for your support and well wishes! So far I am doing alright, sleeping as much as possible. Aside from feeling like my tummy was used as a punching bag, this is almost like an exhausted vacation. I heard back from one Prof and I can take that exam next week. HURRAY! And I am pretty sure the other will be alright with my portfolio being a couple days late considering the curcumstances.

The monster moostiff is being fabulous as usual reading my thoughts and being a very good boy. Usually when I am not feeling well he thinks nothing of coming over and head butting me off a chair and making me laugh when i hit the floor at how absurd it is that he can even do that but right now he is just being sweet and gentle. I guess he drove my mom and her household of furry things a little nuts by not sleeping and pacing all night. Lucky I was only gone that one night. Some people own dogs, I am owned by one. LOL

Thanks to you all, I really appreciate your thoughts and prayers!
