Hi everyone, Im back, I was invited back and am grateful and appreciate the invite.
When I left I was in a very ugly place and want to apologize if I offended anyone or caused any dis unity.
Im here to get encouraged and to give any encouragement when I can. I feel my experiences can help another family al-anon member. I have 28 years with the A, even though we are divorced, I find that the A expands my life , and I get to choose when , if and where, if I want to spend anytime with him. I know he hasnt been drunk in a very long time and Im happy for him. I am also happy that I am not affected by the comings and goings and doings of the A.
Welcome back Bettina. Glad to see you came back. We can always use some ESH. I don't know how long you have been gone but it's good to come back here and share. We all learn from each others experiences. Thank you.
