Help Ive been banned from the chatroom and dont know how to fix it...

I just tried to get in the chat room and it says I have been added to the channels Auto Kick Ban List??  I was there earlier with no problems. Will someone please tell me how to fix this please.  I dont want to miss my meetings...no

I have also tried to send an e-mail to the alanon@12stepforums.net address and it comes back as undeliverable.. :( will someone please help?

an OP in chat sd there was a mix up over too many bans, she said try to enter again, it ought to be all cleared up.
