I've been trying to get into the chatroom via mirc and cannot remember how to add the chatroom. Can anyone help.

Hyia hen!!!

You need to add irc.chat4all.org as your server. then in your mirc favorites you enter #alanonchat in the "enter a channel" line  then click add  :) hope this helps
