I think I've finally decided on a person who I would like to be my sponsor.  Now the question is, do I ask her in person, over the phone, or via e-mail?  I'd hate to put her on the spot, but I also think she works her program so well that if she had to think about it or pray about it she would be upfront with me and tell me that.

Good for you , go for it and I would ask in person . just my opinion--- and don't be upset if she says no ,  often people are too busy to take on a new commer its' not personal and if the lady is like you describe here she will be honest and up front with you .

I would ask her in person.....if she was to busy and wasnt able to make the commitment...remember its not personal:)

ask in any way you can... that is not what is important... that you are reaching out, that is courageous.

there is not a wrong way to work it...

Congrats on making a huge decision!  It is another GIANT step toward happiness and serenity.
