I can relate ~ when I first was able to focus on myself and just - me- omg, I thought I would die of boredom! I know I was addicted to chaos from growing up in a home like that. Learning to stop creating it for myself, too was new and felt very foreign. I plowed through anyway and tried to enjoy all the extra time I had (that used to be spent obsessing on others) and actually relax a bit.
Keep dilignetly working your program, focusing on you, detaching from other's issues & behavior and enjoy the extra time. Maybe u could try something u never have but always wanted to. Keep working it! Take care of YOU, whatver that looks like!
