Aloha Family, hope you're all feeling great. Just wanted to share the slogan that we did our morning meeting on. I reflected on when I got here and when I took the suggestions to learn, memorize and practice the slogans. I also remember "gettin it" on "keep it simple" as a practice in all levels of recovery. I also remember the results; No stress, worry, constant fear and anger and anxiety all all that other stuff that comes with enabling and loosing. When I "got it" life became so much easier to live and I had lots of time and tools to take care of the small stuff. Hell it now became all "small stuff". How are you all doing it? (((((hugs)))))
Always a bright spot in my day. Thanks for the reminder. Life is much better when we do keep it simple. Serenity seems to come easier. Enjoy your weekend. Much love and blessings to you and your family.
Live strong, Karilynn & Pipers Kitty

Today, the most helpful slogan for me is Live and Let Live.
I would like to be in relationship with someone I really love, however, I know it could never be possible.... unless he changes. *wink* Part of my brain would like to think, he might cooperate. hehee
Slogans keep it simple.... "Live and Let Live," and "Let Go and Let God".... however, sometimes its a long way from my head to my heart....
Grateful to be here!

Since one of my favorite slogans happens to be "How Important Is It"-------I'll state it this way today,-------"How Important Is It To Keep It Simple".
Have a great weekend and thanks as always for your ES&H.
I really do not do anything the simple way. I know I am my own worst enemy think I may get the slogans tattooed on my forearm lol just asa costant reminder that it is I that takes my brain back to the crazyness not my ABF. One thing I will give myself credit for though is willingness I will keep coming back and hopfully oneday I will be an old timer and the slogans will hopefuly pop into my head just when I need them.
thanks for giving me a new task to memorise the slogans
hugs
