Kept up with your situation. Such a hard time. I keep ya in my prayers and thoughts.

Thank you ladies for thinking of me in such a kind way.  I had a long talk with my doctor...she is an MD, not a psychiatrist, but I don't feel any need for a shrink.  She told me in no uncertain terms what she would do, and in order of accomplishment.  Wrote all this down on papers from a prescription pad.  I am leading my own life now...doing just exactly as I please, and pleasing myself.  GOing to visit son and daughter-in-law in Tucson, AZ in a week:  daughter in Pennsylvania after that, then a month in Hawaii after that.  I am busy, and doing just fine.

His leaving is another matter because this is his residence, and I cannot tell him to simply leave with any guarantee of success.  Must adhere to eviction plans.  Texas has common law, but I doubt that would apply to us...gotta talk to my attorney.  We have no common bank accounts, do not allow people to think we are husband and wife, do not live as husband and wife, do not wear wedding rings.  There is a whole laundry list of dos and don'ts concerning common law.  Even though I own all the real estate...two homes here and a condo in Hawaii...he could fight for a share.  Even though I do not see him doing that, I NEED to talk to my lawyer.  Will call his office tomorrow.

Thanks again for asking about me.  It is good to know that people care.
