ok I know my focus should be elsewhere, but I have just been reading past posts and notice how many a's hook up with another woman/man right after separating from the somene they have been in a relationship with. How can they move on so quickly. Is it because they follow the path of least resistance? What is happening here? What are your ideas on this? It is pretty painful for the one left behind.
it's something i haven't experienced, but i've seen. In my honest opinion, I believe they do this because their afraid to be alone. They want someone to accept them for what they're doing and be ok with it and they keep searching and getting into relationships quick just to do that.
I don't know about the A's I have been known to do this myself . I think its is just another way humans run away from our pain. Also many people believe it was the other persons fault the relationship ended it takes a lot of courage to stay on our on pick up the mirror and do the work. I have just seperated with my A and do not intend to rush into anything I have lots of work to do getting to know me and change the things i can. If my A goes with someone it will hurt but god love her thats all I could say.
I don't know what their choices are. I know that they don't blink twice. I also don't think their behavior in any way is a symbol of what kind of relationship they once had.
I don't know actually what the ex A I was with did eventually. He certainly traveled around. I made a point of not knowing.
I have also noticed, fishinmama, that those who are involved with As seem to make the same mistake again and again. "Attracted" to them seems to be the excuse. One has been enough for me. There was never one before, and I can tell you, there will not be one after!!!!!
Take care friend,
Diva
