Love that nick name and welcome , we always need long timmers here to share that they have learned . Seems I am one of those myself . U will find listed at the top of the page Al-Anon chat click on it and your in the chat room , we get so many people here who are looking for answers to thier problems who have never been to a meeting in the real world the room is open 24-7 , we also have meetings daily at 9am and pm eastern time . hope to meet u there soon . Most in the room are very helpful to us who are internet shy , if having a problem they will guide u thru it . Louise
Aloha "Oldbat"....Even old bats can see in the dark and beyond recovery. I am so proud and grateful to remember and repeat that it was the "oldbats" of Al-Anon who saved my (pick one...bum, butt, tush, ass etc....LOL) when I got to the program. There were not alot of men in Al-Anon in the area I got into program most of the guys were in the other room which I would eventually find myself however "God Bless 1000 times over normal the "old bats" of Al-Anon who are beyond genus and angels and who can take a hopeless, helpless man (wide definition please) like myself and turn him into a miracle. I'm grateful beyond simple words but that's all I've got....Thank you. (((((hugs)))))
