Last week I had my mammogram.  It was a beautiful fall day so I decided to walk home from the hospital.  It was only 4 miles and the route takes me past some beautiful streets. 

As I walking past a local community bible college they have a row of trees.  I have been missing my beloved Tim a little more this fall than last.  The colors have been so vibrant and normally we would take long drives to look at the color and walk in the woods.  Well I got to this particular spot underneath the trees.  I looked up into the glorious sky and said "I love you honey and really miss you."  Suddenly a shower of acorns came down on my head!  Now when we would be in the woods, Tim would throw acorns at my head and blame it on the squirrels! rofl.gif  I had to stop and laugh.  I was laughing so hard that tears were coming out of my eyes and my sides ached.  I swear the cars going by were wondering what this crazy woman was laughing at all by herself! lmao.gif   I looked back up at the sky and said: "Thanks honey I needed that!"  A sure sign that he's okay and so am I.  Enjoy the weekend.  Much love and blessings to you and your families.  Love to all  the Alanon pets too.

Karilynn, thanks for sharing that with us ......I came on here needing a boost and there you were wink

I too plan to spend this weekend immersed in the beautiful colours of Autumn.....just been packing hiking boots into the motorhome (RV I believe you call it over the pond) and we'll take a few days out criss crossing some of the beautiful Highlands of Scotland......we know the secret places where the best colours are!!

I hope the mammogram is ok, I had mine last year.....got to do these things.....take care of us smile
