Meeting was held September 13, 2009

 

Meeting opened with the serenity prayer

 

Motion to accept August Business Meeting Minutes as posted on the Board - Voted on and accepted

 

Chair meeting schedule was posted no revisions were made

Lacewing offered to step in and help cover Tuesday PM meetings when she is available temporarily

 

Tea asked for scripts so she could help chair meetings when no OP is present.

 

****Anyone who has been in Alanon for 6 months attending meetings and would like to start chairing meetings please see anyone who has a @ next to their names

 

 

New business:

1. Chat Room Security an open disucssion was held regarding Idle times and OPs not chairing meetings.  Danz will try and get a copy of the OP manual to clarify the current rules.  This was tabled until Octobers business meeting
2. A discussion was held regarding certain members who were in the room for long periods idle.  This situation has been resolved by John.

The meeting was closed with the Alanon Declaration.
