For anyone who has never read it.... this is the text of a pamphelet that I recieved at my very first alanon meeting. 

It really opened my eyes, and helped me see that I am not crazy... well, ok... I was not alone.   (I still may be crazy!)

I read that pamphlet on my second al-anon meeting. I couldn't stop reading it because it struck so many chords with how my GF is behaving.

Don't worry, this is a good site and there are plenty of us who are going through the same stuff.
