Attitude = Gratitude

I'd like to share this wee video with you guys as it's approach is all about "stinking thinking" and replacing it with positivity = Gratitude.

I have have GIVEN myself a tough 4 days due to resentment build up. I basically started the stinking thinking on a pal of mines change of heart to come and visit me which then spiralled out of control onto me thinking jesus everyone is out to bloody get me.  Lol am so glad I have the al-anon tools I can use to seek out my trigger and deal with where my feelings came from.  For me I find lately am struggling to accept myself as I am so in turn that means I find it hard to accept others for who they are.

My higher power really telling me to check out my attitudes.  Hahaha I giggled earlier as I was at a f2f meeting yesterday and my when I shared I repeated "acceptance" three times.  What a sign that was lol

I intend to focus on letting it begin with me by showing gratitude at the upmost time I will benefit as I am feeling bouts of self-pity.  Secret self-less service little by little.

I am glad that this shall pass and that it WILL be okay leaving my human with natural flaws.

Thanks for listening

The Ziglar man!!   Yowzers he's made a living from inspirational talks.   Heard him
one time and part of his talk helped me to stop smoking back then.  It stuck for a
long time until I relapsed...stopped...relapsed...stopped...relapsed...stopped  still
stopped.   The ZZman said.  "Cigarette smoking is like a fool sucking on fire!!"
I got the picture and it said a thousand more words.

Is he still alive?

(((((hugs))))) smile
