Personal Breathalyzer Units

I see personal breathalyzer units for sale all over the Internet and at a vast variety of prices. Does anyone know of an inexpensive one that is accurate?
Thank You

One thing I have learned since I have been here is to ask myself "what is my motive in doing this?"

If it is to control, worry, change or something with my A's I chose to write it on a piece of paper and put it in my God box. Once it's in my God box I am leaving the outcome up to my HP. I am in Alanon to do the one thing I can WORRY ABOUT ME. Live and Let Live. I waste tooooo much time trying to change others that I am neglecting myself.

So what is your motive in purchasing the breathalyzer?

Aloha Wife...Just for me and from my experience...save the money.  If his drinking
is affecting you negatively already more confirmation isn't going to put the period
at the end of your statement.   He knows and you know and a lot of other people
already know who ever it is has a problem with alcohol.

Spend the money on gas to get yourself to the nearest, earliest Al-Anon meeting
that you can get to and there will be an open chair waiting for you already.  Sit
down, listen, learn and ask questions after the meeting when the membership
can and do hold two way conversations.  The meeting time is spent for one way
sharing.

Save the money for program literature which will help save your peace of mind
and serenity because that is the only thing you can save...yourself.

Leave the breath analyzer to the DUI stop cops or emergency or family court or
the auto makers.  Yes breath analyzers are now installed equipment on cars
driven by people with prior DUIs in Hawaii.  (At least last time I check they had
ratified it."

You can also save the money in a personal checking or saving account if you
need to leave and survive for a while.

I sure there are lots of other suggestions.   Keep coming back.  The program
works if you work it.    (((((hugs))))) smile
