JUST WANTED TO TELL EVERYONE THAT I HAVE BEEN GETTING WONDERFUL SLEEP--THE BEST I HAVE MANAGED LATELY. I GUESS I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TURN THINGS OVER & JUST RELAX ENOUGH TO CLOSE MY EYES & GET INTO SOME RESTFUL SLEEP! I ALSO HAVE BEEN WALKING & EXERCISING AS USUAL--KINDA IRREGULAR BUT CONSISTENT. I HAVE BEEN FEELING LIKE GETTING OUT & ENJOYING WHAT IS LEFT OF SUMMER! UP HERE WE HAVE SHORT SUMMERS BUT WHEN IT IS NICE; IT IS VERY NICE! SO TO EVERYONE WHO IS READING & POSTING , I THANK YOU ALL FOR SUPPORTING ME IN ALL THAT I DO. ALANON IS THE BEST PROGRAM EVER! BLESS YOU ALL! KATHLEEN
I too have been walking lately with my SIL and it has been a HUGE Blessing when it comes to my sleeping, I think it just knocks me out :) I am slowly beginning to feel better, not just phyically but mentally, and I know once I make it thru these next 2 weeks, I will have walked myself right back to the life I once enjoyed...
Keep up the good work on the walking, and im sure HP will tuck you in at night :)
