When ever I see I have a pm? I get this sick feeling like I have to go to the principals office!  lol

I never had to go to a principal when I was a kid!

But I did get called in when I was teaching, got in trouble for bringing in a live turkey,Romeo for the kids, for thanksgiving....

When I see the "PM" message I think I did another unacceptable post...Been "written up" a couple of times...so yea, I can relate

LOL... See I to use to because of the "Unacceptable Post" message I have recieved as well... But I can honestly say, that my last couple PM's have been all from wonderful people here, and I am Delighted when they feel comfortable enough to share with me privitely...

Hope you had a "Good" experience, and the Principle left you be...lol...

Me TOO!!!! I always think "oh Great...who did I offend this time?" and the really silly thing is I have only ever gotten one PM telling me off and one telling me one of my posts were erased!!!

HHmmmm, is this an alanon thing...always expecting the worst? When we know there is a 50/50 chance that it could be good.....

Yes, think it is Serendipity. I have never even gotten an "unacceptable post" message and my stomach still does a little flip when I get a PM. LOL I think It is just one more symptom of my disease. That feeling of always being inadequate to the task of living in this world and always being different. The inability to accept myself fully and therefore always assuming that others won't either is deeply ingrained.
