We are fortunate enough to have a 50 +yrs in program old timmer in our meeting who told this little joke the other nite So for moms who are homemakers with little ones this just might work for you, wish I had thought of this when I was alot younger.
A young woman with 3 small children made sure that the home was spotless , supper cooking on the stove and she was looking good when her A husb arrived home . He came in the door and always with out fail looked around and said So what did u do with your time today ? which made her angry and resentful and of course tried to explain what she had done all day . One day her husb arrived home and the toys were all over the floor , kids were still in thier pajamas , breakfast dishes still on the table , no supper cooking and he found her in bed reading a book . Whats going on here he exclaimed !! She smiled and said you know how u ask every day what did u do today ? yes he said , she smiled and said * WELL TODAY I DIDN'T DO ANY OF IT . *
