Need help with a friend's new LOG-IN

I am attempting to help a fellow al-anon member who is trying to log-in on MIP - the notice that she keeps getting says e-mail address already in use as well as user name.  She registered yesterday and did not receive a confirmation e-mail back. 

Any ideas on how I should advise her?

check your spam inbox.. the same thing happened to me and the information i needed was in spam.

HI my friend. I am sure there is some tech way...but since this is ME, haha I would go to Yahoo free email and make a new email addy, and password.

Then come back to MIP put in the new email and pick a new nic, something unusual like "dipstick" that would be for me! haha

Anyhoo dahling that is what I would do. hugs!! debilyn
