signed up for 1st time DUI classes in Florida not sure what will happen after that - anyone have someone go through the FL system to get their license back? what can you tell me about the hardship license? anyone need to do a 12 wk class after the DUI classes?
I don't know about FL...I know about HI and their expectations. 1st expectation is that the person don't drink and drive. The next expectation is that they don't do it again. At the same time they expect that all licensed drivers know this before they get their drivers license and that those drivers never ever want to be caught violating the expectation. Honestly have to say that I have done (service to) the DUI or DWI program here for the state and I have spoken to repeaters who have been in the program 3 times. So much for expectations huh?
