Aunited is looking for someone to replace her for her 2 morning meetings, she will continue until she can find a replacement but has been chairing these meetings for over 2 years.
Due to Mandys schedule she will be unable to continue to chair the Wednesday and Sunday evening meetings.She will be able to chair fo the next two weeks.
Anyone who has been in alanon for 6 months attending meetings and would like ot start chairing meetings please see anyone who has a @ next to their names

Election of new officers
Edna and Danz were elected by majority to serve as Co-Chairperson
Ernie was elected by majority to serve as Secretarty
A Motion was presented to eliminate the postion of Treasurer due to 7th Tradition conflict. The motion was voted on and passed by majority.
A new service postion was brought up for open discussion.A Helper to assist newcomers or member during meetings, who may need more indivdual one on one talk, offering to chat in pm during the meeting .The helper position would be identified by a H-(members nickname).After open discussion of the new service positon a motion was made to do a trial run of the helper postion for he next month.That motions passed by majority.The postion will be brought up at the next meeting for dicussion and final voting.
