OK, So... Tonight i have to call the land owners and see if they will agree to let baby Sister move in the trailer, they have done said... NO WAY Abrother, but I am HOPING for HP to carry me thru on this one... Here's the thing... When I got the certified letter, I called and told Abrother that he had till the 15th to get his items out of the trailer... Welp... Tomorrow is the 15th, and I know in my heart... They are still there... So what do I do? Do I text and say "Hey.. Just making sure you got your stuff out! Love ya!" or do I just haul it to the dump, because he wont answer or return my calls? He is currantly telling everyone in town... "Which I figured as much...Small Town" That (I) am TAKING it from him, and doing this ALL on purpose..."What Ever"..I have the papers to prove what I am doing and it doesn't concern him Anymore.... That don't bother me really, because everyone he is telling, KNOWS why he isn't to move in there... AND I know when I put My Baby Sis in there, that too will cause conflect... But there is really nothing I can do about that... It is Not my fault that she is 21 and smarter then him at 30 and knows how to pay her bills...SOO What do I do? I know you are not to hand out advise, but if YOU were where I am... What would you do... I don't want to be "YET AGAIN" responsible for his Junk... I just want it out... I would have to Haul it away, and I don't see as to how that is right... I think with the Funds that I have put out, the time that I have in this, and what I have to Repair thanks to his neglagents, My pockets are about dry!!!
So I am Requesting Prayers you can Spare that the Landlord will work With me... "She is not a Nice Person", and ESH On ABrother ? Any & All would be great...Trying to handle this adult like, but I'm not really dealing with an adult... More like a Boy in a Mans body... :(
Hi Jozie, It looks like one moe huge step up that mountain. I am praying that the outcome that you desire will be favorable for you in this long drawn out drams.
As for your A brohter's "stuff" That is really a hard one.
If you remove his things to the Dump it will cost more money. If you leave them there, your sister will not have any room and your A brother will still feel that this is his place and try to stay there. If your A brother moves his stuff- he has no home to bring them to.
I will pray that an alternate Plan C-D or E evolves so that the solution works for all concerned.
Can't be sold... It Can't be moved for it will fall apart... If we can't come to an agreement they want it moved, the funds to move it is more then the Estate is worth, if that tells ya anything....I have considered giving it away, if this does not work out.... I done told them this is my last ditch effort and if it doesn't work, then I am handing it over to the State, and let'n them deal with it... I'm Done...
So thats were' I'm at... It is just hard with Abrother, because I DON"T want Conflict, I DONT want to fight with him, I Just Want it Over...Him be man enough to take his belongings and let me do what I have to do...
