Hi everybody.  I have recently written an article for newcomers about attending their very first al-anon meeting, and I'm wondering if it would be allowed for me to put a link to it on here.  Thanks.

Personally, I'd love to see it.

I don't think there's a hard and fast rule; what I've observed is more along the lines of "moderator discretion".
