Dear All, As some of you know, I took the bereaved step mothers dog, it has worked out good, took a bit of effort, but I love her to bits. I have less contact with my father now, he does not ring me, I ring to see if all is ok, and am cordial, though I do not like him as a person but he is my father and eighty and living alone. My brother broke his wrist and he's complaining a lot with pain but is a bit of a whiner to be honest. I have brought him to the hospital and its really in hps hands after this. Thank you for all your posts they help a lot
Glad things are working out for you....It means alot in recovery... I know what it is like to have a father you love and don't like a hole lot, but now that my father has past a couple months ago, I am Very grateful that he knew I loved him when he left... It wasn't always easy but nothing with him ever was....
