(((Ollie)))

Deep breathes would most likely be a good start... I do know that feeling of shame, and giult even tho you know it was them that took it... Most of it Embarresment... My Abrother did the say, and when you come from a small town, well they all look at you like you did it!!!

But... The reality of it all is true... He has to live with what he did, just as you have to live with the choices you make, but putting your focus back on yourself, and detaching yourself from his newest "Problem" is better going to put you in a place you can deal better. Losing your cool and wigging you will not make his decissions any better... Take one day at a time, and if you have any F2F near by may be a good night to hit one!

You came to the right place, so keep coming back....

Aloha Ollie!!

In early program that one would have put me in high orbit before the
reality set it.  Missings response was part of what I was also taught.
That is one of the many gifts that worked for me also.  The consequences
can be scarey considering the times and HP is here all the time anyway.

Keep coming back.  ((((((hugs)))))) smile

Definitely been there and done that. You are not alone.  Keep coming here and keep practising the program. Things change.

I know the shame, too. Hurts a lot, I know. Made me nuts. Not any more and you know why? Because I have a program!!! A sponsor once told me this when I was crying to her- "you have choices now. You have a program now. Use it." Hugs, J.
