...I am blessed with the ability to visual healing taking place once I am in harmony with my God (HP) and He can take me anywhere I like when I rest in His presence.
This is something that I have not done for sometime and it was my Sponsor that reminded me of this wonderful ability.
I took up the "healing robe" that was transported over the ether to me this morning. And once I had recognised that this is what I needed to do I found myself drifting off into paradise.
I left my pain, my trial, my depression, my sickness behind and wrapped that robe around me and settled into visualizing myself on the most idyllic beach far from this cold island of mine, and I immediately felt the warmth of the sun, and tasted the saltiness of the sea air and experienced the silkiness of the silver sand passing through my toes; I heard the serene rythmn of the ocean as it lapped the shore where the turtle had left the water to come to greet me.
The perfume of the most stunning flowers encased me and the most delicate of breezes wafted over my body as I lay in absolute stillness whilst I drank in the healing.
I share this with you, for I know the wonderment of this experience...no travel, no expense, no air flights, no financial expense necessary...just me and God and His ability to aid me to this paradise where peace and joy and healing were in abundance. I know also it is available whenever I need to "take a break" and rejuvenate my aching body mind and spirit.
I hope you are able to take a walk into your being and seek refuge in a vision of your special place too so that, weary as you may be, you will find strength and renewal to enable you to carry on.

Hope you don't mind if I park my beach chair next to yours, we have a very similar "happy place!!!" Meditating on my happy place helps me to "feel" HP's presence and love for me.
More and more, it seems (to me,) that's what it's all about... "Feeling" HP's presence, and knowing who I am (a part of that Great Consciousness/a child of God, if you will.) I suspect I wouldn't be so codependent if I could always remember this!!?
