I just wanted to say thank you to those of you that have responded to my post a couple of days ago.  I have not been able to get to a face2face meeting yet due to scheduling, but if there is one thing that I picked up on here is that attending a face2face meeting is very important.  Until I am able to get there, I will keep coming back here for some much needed support.

One line meetings here are very very useful. You may be able to get to one of those. In addition there generally is someone here in the chat room. Reach out, get to know people here and get to be known.
