Detachment

http://coping.org/control/detach.htm

The above website has an excellent worksheet on detachment along with other issues we deal with on a daily basis such as anger.  We have used this worksheet in two different f2f meetings that I attend and have found it  extremely helpful.

You will find some words highlighted and if you click on them depending on the word it may take you to yet another worksheet.

Just looked at the website you posted.  It's great!   I'm going to make a copy and I'm ang it in a place I see everyday.  Thanks!

((((Mobirdie))))),

I love that website.  It's just filled with great information and worksheets.  I have printed some of these things off in order to help a friend. There is a ton of information and it's very well written.  Thanks for posting it.  Detachemnt is a hard lesson to learn and to practice.  But when you get it, it's a great tool in all sorts of situations.  Love and blessings to you and your family.

Live strong,
Karilynn & Pipers Kitty smile

Go to the very end of the detachment worksheet for an awesome poem on
"letting go"
