To my Alanon Family who are Veterans: HAPPY VETERAN'S DAY! To all who have family & friends who are serving or have served, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you and honor you. My family had many veterans, including my husband, I thank you for all you have done to keep our country safe. This is not a political statement. This is about honoring our loved ones and their families. If you see a vet today, give them a hug and thank them for everything they have done. I know we have serving members on our board here. Consider yourselves hugged. What you do has not gone unnoticed nor unappreciated. Come home safe to us. To the families I thank you and honor you for your sacrifice too. It is not easy having loved ones in the military. It's hard on all of you. Thank you too. Much love and blessings to you and your families.

Thanks Karilynn. My son is home and out of the military. I am thankful for that. My sponsor and I were talking about our fathers who were veterans and struggled with alcohol. Maybe there is a connection. But it does not diminish their service to their country.
To the families I thank you and honor you for your sacrifice too. It is not easy having loved ones in the military. It's hard on all of you. Thank you too.
