Chair opened with Serenity Prayer. September 2008 Minutes voted on and accepted. OP Meeting Schedule posted; there were two updates- voted on and accepted. Elections: Current chair accepted the position for a further 6 month term, new secretary and treasurer; all were voted on and accepted. Chairperson: Mandy123 Treasurer: Mia Secretary: Roxie345
New Business:
A consideration for Group Conscience was presented and has been put forward to next months agenda. A Group Fundraiser is also to be considered on next months meeting agenda. The chair clarified for members that they need not be a room operator to chair or help with meetings. If there is no operator present they can chair a meeting.
I understand one of the forum moderators helped me by putting a sticky on the minutes; I want to say Thank You; I don't post often so I don't totally understand posting;
