On this solemn day, let us take a moment to pause and reflect on those lives lost 7 years ago today. Many MIP family members will be hurting today. May we keep them all in our love and prayers. By the grace of HP hubby was down in the city that day and close to the Towers. He made it home safe and sound. Several years before he sold his company that removed asbestos from the Towers. Had he not, he would have been in there at that horrible moment. To all those who lost family and friends (including my family and friends) I will light a candle, say a prayer and wish you all peace. Look to the skies, tell the loved ones gone how much you love them. They are always with you.
Take an extra moment to tell the ones you love, how much you love them. Life is fleeting. Embrace it and cheerish it. I love you all.
Love and blessings to all you and your families.
Karilynn & Pipers Kitty

Always always, that day is in my mind. Always, always those who perished and those you were left behind and those who worked so hard at Ground Zero are in my prayers, and especially so today.
God Bless to one and all. Suzannah

It is a sad day and a great loss that we all grieve together. Light and love to all of us because there isn't a person in this country who wasn't effected....
Thanks, Karilynn! We all need to remember this day 7 years ago! I will never forget it & what I was doing that day. Although I was not personally affected; that is no one in my family lives in NY, I still feel the need to fly the flag in honor of those we lost. Life is too short, you are right. I think I will take your suggestion & tell some of the people in my life how I feel today. Keep posting; it is always nice to hear what you have to say! IN RECOVERY, Kathleen
