Let Go and let God slogan is releasing my troubles to my HP (God) once I was aware of the situation
Putting in action my program using slogans daily to keep me focused ,even at times I go off into space (for say)But I have my tools.
Listen and learn is my slogan for today
My hubby is under going test and I must work my program even in this type situation for my own (a ware ness) of my self.
The stress had over came my body. Once before in my life. I had a stroke. Now hubby needing test for results of a few concerns the doctor has bin telling us.
Finding ways to calm myself down from the thoughts of the negative that could consume me if I let it.
Example.. Bills the what if s,
So I let go and let God
Now I have bin listening and learning.another slogan
God has talked to me I believe. To me it was a Miracle.
I had a dream. To look in desk in living room. I woke up and there falling into my hands was my hubbys VA duplicate. The Bills that once a burdenThere was Hope falling in my hands. To me this is a path my HP(God) is leading me. I do not know the resultsBut I know I am not walking alone. My hp (God) is holding my hand. Leading me in different directions I am working to comply. For I listened and learned.
My blood pressure went very high with some results we have received. I was open and honest and asked doctor to please check it. Learning I needed to take meds two times a day for blood pressure. My tummy started to hurtAll during this time, I knew that I was just as important to watch my health.
As we all have told others in this great program and needed to be aware of it.. to myself. So I rested took the me time. Let it begin with me. As I laid I prayed for courage and Strength and believe God will do the rest.
Just for today.. Is the moments.

One day at a time.. I will believe my prayers are in affect and I need to be patient for what will be.
I am so grateful I learned Alanon to give me a straight path.. With the love and support of many and the Power of prayer, concerns, thoughts. Love.
Just like the comfort and wisdom you give others, it will come back to comfort you during this life process. Know I am here for you. Special prayers for both of you. God really does good work, he never gives us more than we can handle. You are a shining example of strength and wisdom. The alanon tools are life savers for sure, they show us how to cope with each aspect of our challenges. Love you.
