Court

I spoke my truth in my papers to the court and after hearing both sides the judge ordered random toxicology tests, a complete alcohol evaluation, and conseling for my AH.

Based on those reports the judge will have us back in court on the 22nd to make a ruling on custody and granting overnight visitation to him.

I remained calm and thought of my great big Al Anon ((((((((((((((hug))))))))))) even when his lawyer was spouting "It's all a big lie"

Thank you all for your support.

Yours in recovery,
Kim

Kim:

I'm happy for you!

Perhaps the random testing and the consequences will serve as a wake-up call for him.  Perhaps.

Continue to do what is best for you.

Aloha Kim... and let me also say, "good for you" too.  Sometimes the best
insanity comes out in the court room.  My lawyer was dumbfounded and I
just added that to the drama.  I wonder how judge Judy would have handled
it?  "Imagination is funny...."

Keep coming back.  (((((hugs))))) smile
