Thanks to all who read my grief-filled post.  I am doing OK
but still have to face the memorial service with his family.
I am going to be fine though because I have faith in my
Higher Power that He will get me through this loss.
For those of you who didn't get a chance to read it,
my dear friend, a 22 year winner, Wayne H. passed
away suddenly at 64 on Saturday the 2nd.
I am so grateful and blessed to have had him in my
life.  But now I am still grieving.  Anyhow, thanks for
also being a part of my family--Alanon rocks!

Grief is a process -- Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and ah!!!!!!!!!! finally Acceptance. 

Just be gentle with yourself as you go through it, it's best to go through it now otherwise it keeps coming back.

Keep us close by, we understand
