Thanks to everyone for posting. Especially those things that we think are "silly" or maybe we shouldn't post... because in answering or identifying with others we are all helped.

I think this is what "sponsoring" is all about too. Helping others allows sponsors to stay close to their higher power and to use the program to help others and therefore help themselves.

Our Higher Power cares about all our feelings.. and wants us to have peace. It has been my experience that even those in alanon I may not agree with or especially like I still want the best for them and they seem to feel the same about me. What a great program and an amazing Higher Power!
