good to be back home again..spent the day at the beach with a friend and his family

hit up the ocean..nice

my girl called from detroit..she was high..drunk..whatever..felt the nasty energy..phone call was quick


don't need her calling whem shes high...or for that matter ever

someone said i don't permission to break up or live my life the way i see fit...i understand and congratulate those sentiments

no meetings for me today but will hit one up tomoorow

defects running me intom a corner was spoken about last night at an na meeting..loved it..a lot  a lot  alot of wisdom in some of those rooms...and in here..at this message board

i need to remind myself daily that this is all about RECOVERY
