here is not Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. It is a method
to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
Al-Anon released a new book recently titled "Discovering Choices". I haven't read the entire thing yet but what I have read is very good. I can see using each personal story as the basis for a meeting in the near future. Sometimes it's difficult to come up with a new subject for meetings and this book fills that gap. The book is $15.50 and I highly recommend it.
Each chapter has a theme followed by member's shares relating to that them and then at the end of the chapter there are questions to answer either as a group or as an individual work.

Mo, What a great book it is. Last nights meeting was on realtionships and I took the questions I posted into the room from the book. It was a great meeting. I plan on doing more of that as I get deeper and deeper into the book.

I'm excited about this book. The lady who had our only copy wasn't at the meeting this week but I hope she'll be there next week so I can check it out. Sounds like something I could *really* use.
