It's officially after midnight here on the East Coast of the US, so Happy Fourth of July to all my MIP friends.  My oldest daughter - my own little firecracker - turns 9 today which is so hard to believe!  I just finished frosting the mandatory American flag cake we'll be sharing with my family later today..... this year's is three layers - red, white and blue of course.
