And then we read in here of ppl who FAIL to get arrested when caught driving a bigger, faster vehicle while intoxicated.  *sigh*

I propose a mail blitz campaign of all police departments in the country.  We send them the article from Anchorage, and then we send them the anonymous posts from in here.

Wonder if they'd read any of it.....

You know I;'ve seen literature that the  average for a DUI is that someone has driven drunk at least 80 times by the time they're arrested. I think people know.

I know I used to rail at the system a lot.  The A who I was with drove crazy and kept at it.  He drove without a license.  He drove without registration or insurance.  I make a point of not knowing now. I used to worry myself into a frenzy over it.  After I left him I stopped feeling responsible, it was hard going but I kept at it.

I guess it wasn't really so much the alcoholic that I found humor in, it was the police..or at least the way the reporter put it in print:

Troopers put on their lights and sirens when they arrived, but he didn't stop. The suspect was finally apprehended after a pursuit that went about 200 feet, reaching speeds of up to 5 mph.

Lights and sirens blazing and blaring for 200 ft. at 5 mph...lol

((((((Christy)))))),

Too funny!  Several years ago there was a man arrested for riding a horse while intoxicated. The prosecutor argued successfully that he was putting the horse and public in danger. The judge agreed and sentenced this man to a 90 day rehab program.  Apparently he now goes around and talks to kids about the dangers of drinking and driving or riding!  Hey whatever works!  Thanks for the giggle.  Love and blessings to you and your family.

Live strong,
Karilynn & Pipers Kitty lmao.gif
