the tiny tomato plant

I have been helping some friends put in a garden recently- vegetables. we put in these itsy bitsy teeny weeny tomato plants and then put these HUGE metal cages around them for climbing on and holding them up when they get big and start producing.

I thought this was such a good picture of recovery. I feel like that tiny plant and as I work on my recovery, that is the big strong cage that surrounds me and supports my fruits. I will grow into that huge frame just as the itsy bitsy tomato plant will!!! I have the potential and everything I need in order to do so- just like the tiny plant. HP is my sunshine and my rain.

Thank you HP for showing me a good picture to help me understand a little better today. Hugs. J.

That is a great analogy.... and an uplifting way to look at recovery.

I hope youre recovery and your friends vegetables grow large and healthy.

Take care of you!

OMG that was just the most beautifully put in words.

I just planted my tomato plants last night.  You have given me a fantastic analogy to visualize as they grow.

Thanks.

Great analogy.  May they grow as strong and sweet as you are! If they don't, then cut them back and make fried green tomatoes! hungry.gif Yum!  Sending you lots of sun.gif to make them grow. I'm just waiting for the weather to even out a bit before I tackle mine.  Love and blessings to you and your family.

Live strong,
Karilynn & Pipers Kitty biggrin

P.S. This color is called tomato!

Aloha Jean!!

I like that metaphor and if you don't mind...(I already know you don't) I will
use it today for myself.  It will work as I work it.

Mahalo and (((((((hugs))))))) smile
