Family- I need your best wishes, thoughts and prayers for a job interview the afternoon of June 3rd. I very much want this job! But I know that if I do not get it, there is a better one coming!! Thank you for your love and support- Hugs, J.
Best Wishes, I laughed because I once was very worried about getting a great job working with a dynamic group of people thirty hours a week but paid for full-time. My potential boss asked me a series of questions dealing with difficult people and insurance issues. She finally asked, "what would you do if someone abusive called you on the phone?" My response was, "Mother, could you please call me back later I am busy!" The director laughed so hard that she actually had a coughing attach. I got the job and worked there two years which put me in an excellent position for future jobs in the same company banking on my good reputation there. To this day many of the people there are my close friends. Anyhoo, after excitedly calling my best friend from highschool, telling her how I was going to earn more money than I could ever imagine with time to paint which is my first love. My friend told me, er, hey, it will be like any chickedoodoos job within three months. You will find most people annoying and wait desperately for the day to be over. Junehouse8

I did something similar to Junehouse once, for a job. The manager told me her needs (over the phone), which she jokingly included warm chocolate chip cookies. So I baked some fresh chocolate chip cookies the morning of the interview! She loved that I went out of my way (and probably that I listened to her), and she didn't even bother with the interview. She simply siad, "Oh my gosh! I can't believe you did that. You're hired!" Then she shared the cookies with everyone and introduced me around.
All of that to say...follow your instincts and say and do what you feel is right. If the job was meant to be yours, it will be!
Hi Jean best of luck and a little feng shui tip. If you have the back of your chair to a solid wall it helps you to feel secure and not vulnerable during the interview. Luv Leo xx
my suggestion... go in as if you already have the job or another better job, that usually works for me. If you already have it then there's no stress and you interview better when you're more relaxed. I think this is why when you have a job it's easier to get one because you really don't NEED it...
