Dear All, Last week I posted a letter to someone who I am interested in but for all the wrong reasons. I can honestly say I would not be singing from the absolute honesty programme. Today the same letter was returned to me unopened as the address was slightly wrong. This would normally never happen and I trust that it is my HP that is guiding this to a certain extent. I am taking it as a second chance to change my actions, as I have a lot of work to do on myself before getting involved again, though when I say I'm interested, I mean really interested, have I learned patience yet no I don't think so.
Be kind to yourself, I think its normal to go down the wrong road, stumble and teter around in program. When all we have ever known is dysfunctional it feels "familiar" and like "home". Going into the unknown is a different journey. You have feedback, you have review, you have the ability to not plunge into denial. That's a lot. Progress is one step at a time rather than an overnight transformation.
For me standing on my own and not blaming someone elses "needing" me for why my "stuff" is not together is a big area of needed improvement. Like you said maybe HP is giving you more time to make some right choices or maybe he has plans for this person to contact you in the future.?? Who knows but I think your very smart to pay attention and take it slow...I know when I stay out of the way HP has really awesome blessings for me. I just keep forgetting to stay out of the way!!
