what a great concept and yet what a scary thing to have.  With our program it isn't at all scary.  Not just because because I have program, fellowship, meetings, chat room, etc. but mostly because I have me.  I am progress and not perfection and I am excellent. Everyone is excellent and I am grateful for everyone for being them.  Without my qualifier I would not have the level of clarity of thought I have now.  It is often scary as the focus is on me and my recovery.  It is a whole lot clearer.  I used to wear rose colored glasses at times and now I wear alanon glasses.  They look inward and when I am willing to truly see, I don't need rose colored glasses to look outward.  Everyone and everything is beauty.

Aloha Norwood!!

I'll bite!!  So what's your imagination really like?  Yes there is a difference and
when I am not purposefully trying to muddle around in sanity I'm whistling
"Imagination is funny..." you know that Johnny Mathis tune.  What do you
think for fun?

Thank you Norwood, you certainly gave me a smile today and I never turn away a smile; then again "dontcha" just love Jerry's response...that took me back and Diva simply completed the whole of it with the rest of the words ... could almost hear y' singing Diva!

Thanks for just what I needed to hear in reply.  Anytime I can get someone thinking music (and Johnny Mathis ain't bad), I am happy.  Music and dance don't need glasses.  As someone recently told me - when people dance it is because they are fun

Great insight there.

I always say "when people sing and dance, they are happy."  Music and dance does that to most people.
