My HP works in mysterious ways. Right after I posted last night I was of course having my pity party about being left out of my AHsober's plans (a novel idea that he plans around me). Another neighbor called and invited me to supper Sunday nite. Her relatives from Hilo, HI are in town and would I like to come over? Well of course I had go thru my mental song and dance of too busy, too tired, too late and then I said yes. Novel idea for this Alanoner that I need to build a life without him. Thanks HP for showing me the way. I am off this morning for my long run with my dogs. I downloaded AA/Alanon speaker tapes to my Ipod. The program runs with me.
Well I never, seems like someone has been busy today and I am delighted. Just as I had finished responding to your first post here you are posting a second time.

Now I am off for a shower before I do the third lot of my stretches and strengthening exercises which right now I DO NOT WANT TO DO.
Guess I will have to put my hand in the hand of my HP fo9r the help to do them.
Wow! so happy and so hope you have a good time at your neighbours. I made tea for my neighbour tonight as she has been off work for three days with a miagraine. I knew if I did not make the effort she would not eat, so there you go. It has been great and a very unexpected weekend so far.

Enjoy your run. Have a wonderful time with your friends. It is amazing how HP works. Life goes on with them or without them. I would prefer to do it with them.
