Such a wonderful way to calm yourself....breathing.
Alot of anxiety and stress can alter your breathing...causing more anxiety or stress. So for now....just for now...I'm remembering to breath in...then out.
Hard to remember that at times when you think at any moment you are for certain your world will soon explode....but still....in...out...in...out.
Oh yeah....remember your 1, 2, 3 too!

Such a marvelous post. Today with the results of this marvelous program I get to know when I am holding my breath and why...usually just before the miracle happens (I love this part) and when I am under water (really important to hold my breath here.)
I was chuckling to myself and thinking breathe in and out like the cleansing breaths they taught me in prenatal classes and then I saw Jerry's post and burst out laughing.
I use the breathing techniques in so many situations.
