RE"anger

Tks for the sincere posts of you in regard to my anger issue with my sister. This morning my Sister DID call me--I was so excited!! She finally called to tell me about my sister-in-law. Well it was more DRAMA about our mom....I listened and then I did tell her I was hurt that she could not communiate to me by phone or even email---I am not fussy......... She said I never thought to call you----after 2 weeks  ago I more or less said PLEASE call when family sickness come up.............anyway bottem line...she said I did'nt call you to fight and hung up on me! This is the first time she has ever done that. I am mad--I wanted to send a angry e-mail, but with the help of friends and God and prayer - I did not. They are leaving for Mexico for a week today. Now I have to face my Mom and try not to get into all this hassle again. I am so sick today with anxiety....my heart is racing and I feel I could have a heart attack---how silly, i know-but I am trying to handle life a different way. I would appreciate your comments so much!_Bonnie

One idea might be to send her a friendly email, saying something like, I'm sorry our phone conversation turned into an argument - I just would really like it if you would call me so I can be in the loop when there's a family illness.  Hope you have a great time in Mexico!

YOU know you already said please call me, but for whatever reason, she's forgotten.  No need to bring that up again - how could it help? Clean up your side of the street, do what you can, then let hp take care of results.
