I am definitely hoping to go. I live in New Jersey and I am currently looking for someone to possibly share a ride with.

I live close by and will try to be of service. House ain't much but its the best I ever had :) lol. Cars working. I'm not an expert on Pittsburgh but I've read a lot of its history and like it enough that I could get into showing some of us around.
The fireworks on the forth of July are always real nice and there are other celebrations around the rivers and and downtown in the summer. If anyones interested in Casino's I could check them out before hand but I'm so tight a roll of quarters will make me whine. Got some nice art museums, universities and libraries.
There is a monestery on top of the hill on what we call the south side. They have specialized in spiritual retreats and many many in the program locally have done fifth steps there.
If you need or want to clean house a little. I can get you a phone for an appointment. We got a nice market district, the music scene is dwindling a bit. The bars that support it are going out of business with the drink taxes and DUI stuff but we might find something in a more comfortable setting anyhow.
Thats all of course if we have any time left after the convention :)
