Need Help Getting in Meeting Room

Hello, anyone out there?  It has been months I've tried to get in the rooms, since my laptop was infected and my son fixed it.  Again, since then, I only get a lined box shape with a very small X in the upper left corner of that "box" which is all blank.  I have also tried to go through MIRC, again, to no avail. 

Can anyone help me?  I miss coming here after 2 years!  You all know me as "Grace", from Nebraska.

 Yes, reading the FAQ's might help. There could be many different reasons for not being able to get in. Is your java up to date. Go to java.com and download latest version. I would find a very computer literate person to physically try to get in the room for you.  Good Luck smile
