Oh Becky, life doesn't get any better then having grandbabies!

I've found them to be the most precious gift I've been given.

They teach me SO much!

They are both so precious!! Chistmas is so much more special with children around. I have 2 young nephews, but my own daughter is grown now.

I can't wait until I have some grandbabies!! It will be a while, though.

Thanks to all. Glad you enjoyed them. Sometimes all it takes is the beautiful smile of innocence on a child's face to turn my whole attitude around!

The oldest one, who is 3 is my stepson's (he's an A) daughter, who lives 6 hours away from us. Her daddy is currently in jail, so did not get to see her for Christmas. But we did. We drove to see her and spent 2 fun-filled and exhausting days!

The new baby, is my daughter's newborn. I never in a million years thought I would have a grandbaby from her, and she's my only child! She's 31, married for 3 years, never thought she would have a child. But, she messed up her pills, and here is this precious bundle of joy! LOL
I was in the room and witnessed her birth, all 4 lbs. 11 oz. of her! OMG, first birth I had ever seen, human or otherwise. What a blessing! What a miracle.

I am praying for another miracle in my life. My daughter and my husband have not spoken in over 2 years. Because of stuff he said and ways he acted towards her and me when he was drunk. He never told her he was sorry, and blames her for his actions. She doesn't understand alcoholism, and he cannot see that he is responsible for his actions. As a result, my husband has not met the baby yet, and she is a month old. They only live 10 minutes away. He has seen her pictures (and I have 1000's!) and even asked for one to take to work. But he has not asked why he has not been asked to see her. I'm sure he knows.

Breaks my heart.

These two beautiful, innocent little girls, and their lives have already been affected by Aism, and they don't know it yet.

It is up to Gramma to love, guide, and hopefully teach them. Hopefully they will know more than I did about Aism, and not suffer as much as I have.
That is my Christmas wish for these two little ladies.
