Well, we are at 14 days of being dry and I believe she has gone stark raving sober and is going to drive us stark raving mad. As we are not allowed to tie her up or muzzle her, lmbo, we are just keeping on.
Really I am not complaining (much). I would rather see this than what I saw in the emergency room two weeks ago.

One of the (unspoken) blessings of this time of the year is that the clubs are open more hours of the day, have alcothons and holiday christmas parties at the clubs. This might help you keep your head on straight while the insanity of "stark raving insober" is sinking in. It also might help you to remember that, if someone wants it bad enough, anything is possible with the program.
I can so relate to your post. The longest my AH stayed sober was 21 days. He was driving me absolutely crazy.
I couldn't do anything right, and he constantly picked fights with me. I continued working my program, though, and I made it through. On the inside I was going crazy, but on the outside I was a solid rock. All due due my HP and my program.
Hang in there it will get better.
Take Care,
Claudia

When A is stark raving sober and Pipers Kitty I need to be admitted to the funny farm! I swear there are days when I want to make a dash for it! But as much as they drive this Happy Lunatic crazy, I wouldn't have it any other way. Hope the craziness continues for you all. Just remember the alternative. Love and blessings to you and your family. Kiss the kitties.
Live strong, Karilynn & Pipers Kitty

So how does "powless..." feel? How does practicing "NO control..." sit with you? Practice, practice, practice and keep your eyes selfward. LOL I don't know very many members of the program that do "change" well either.
You're gonna be fine. Now you get to feel crazy and keep a smile on your face.
